For the wear resistant composite ceramic bend the heat resistance temperature is equal or lower than 800 degree. It adopts self-propagation high temperature synthesis. The ceramics is integrally fired on the inner of the bend. Thus, it can be firmly bonded with the steel pipe.
The inner lining ceramics coating adopts centrifugal casting and miter welding. It is made of steel pipe; the thickness of steel pipe and liner can be customized. The ceramic layer is directly fused with the steel pipe. Thus, it has the overall performance without falling off.
It can be used for conveying of ash, ash slag, pulverized coal, tailings, slurry, molten aluminum, and other powders in cement plant, thermal power plant, metallurgy, mines, coal, chemical industry, etc.
The service life is relevant to temperature, particle size, flow speed, etc. of the medium. Generally, the service life is 3-5 years.
Compared to other wear resistant steel bends, this kind of bend has advantages of light weight and lower cost.
